What is the difference between a detox and a cleanse?
Both approaches focus on clean eating. Cleanses focus on digestive health, while detox focuses on the removal of toxins. In this program, we will be focusing on both.

Will I experience any side effects?

You will lose weight. How much and how fast depends on how much weight loss is needed. This plan was devised for slow and steady weight loss, 1-2 pounds per week so you can sustain the weight loss once you reach your weight loss goal.

Will I be stuck cooking in my kitchen all day?
Not at all! You will have to chop vegetables and take some action in the kitchen, but all meals are super easy to make and the majority of the meals don't take more than 20-25 minutes to prepare.
